Navigating the skies during days and nights may not be the only challenge!
As an Airline Captain, flying with a colourful cast of First Officers (FOs) is observed as a challenge too!
Each FO brings his or her own flair to the cockpit. They come from different up-bringing, cultures, experience and behaviours!
As a commander, we should juggle collaboration, exercise effective leadership, and maintaining a professional environment to ensure a safe and a smooth flight.
So, let’s embrace the diversity, impart the wisdom, and be the guiding beacon that inspires our FOs or I must say ‘Future Captains’ to reach and take the lead in their careers.
