Everyone loves celebrations. So, recognise and reward the team achievements even if they small ones. Would this motivate them to continue striving for excellence? Bonuses or praises are good tools, especially when a team meets or exceeds the targets.
Organisational learning is an ongoing process. learning and improving work practices, processes, and strategies can ultimately drive innovation and growth within an organisation. An organisation that lacks learning is an organisation planning for its failure!
