👉 Leadership Knowledge: Knowledge is a critical component of leadership, and leaders need to have a broad knowledge base to be effective. This includes an understanding of the industry, the regulatory environment, the culture of the organization, and various leadership theories.
👉 Leadership Development: it has been emphasized that leadership development is essential to the success of any organization. Leaders should continuously invest in their own development and their teams and staff. For example, there is a three-step model for leadership development:
